NWAKA TONY FELIX EMEKA was born on the 6th May, 1965 at Ogwashi-Uku in Aniocha South LGA of Delta State. He attended Omado Primary School, Issele-Uku.(1970 – 1976) where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate, Nshiagu College, Ogwashi-Uku, (G.C.E./WASC 1976 -1981), . University of Lagos (B.A.(History)1983 – 1987), Nnamdi Azikiwe University, (M.A.(Political History) 2005) and Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Ph.D (2009)
