“ALFARMA” TENDENCY SYNDROME

Have you ever come across this in your endeavour?

“ALFARMA TENDENCY SYNDROME” is a slogan in local parlance but generally known as favouritism.

The vice has posed a lot of treat to our co-existence and also enhance hatred between tribes in the country. If not curtailed or eradicated will lead to the disintegration of our beloved country. The vice can be likening to wormwood that destroy the tree and eventually kill it.

Let me draw the attention of the government, perpetrator of this vice and my fellow countrymen on ways by which this vice can be curtailed or eradicated in our society.

The vice is not a one man show; therefore it is our collective responsibility to join our hands together to control it. We must also let truth to be truth in our daily living.

The recruiment, selection and  human development should be open to all and merited or qualified candidate should be consider not minding where he comes from, his/her tribe and may be religion affiliation.

Equal opportunity should be given to everybody to participate in the country in which ever field or profession he is qualified.

Credible and trustworthy people should be allowed to occupy sensitive positions and not disgruntle elements that will promote favouritism.

Finally, it is my believe that the overall disinfectant or medicine to really care, curtail, eradicate this vice is love. We must love or practice to love one another. When we allow love to take its proper place in our life everyone will be treated as a friend, brother or sister. And this is the only and only way that “ALFARMA” Tendency Syndrome will be eradicate in our society thereby bursing all the economic, political and social aspect of our country.

This will be elaborated upon in our future articles, so let us all read and make sure that this vices are eradicated let the most qualified candidate no matter the relationship or religion be a barrier, let us all strive to make our great country Nigeria a better place to live.
